Please review the following policies before booking your retreat. These terms ensure a fair and transparent experience for all guests.

Cancellation & Deposit Transfer

Deposits may be transferred to a future retreat based on the following schedule:

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in the event of medical disqualification during the intake process. If a guest is deemed medically ineligible to participate, their deposit will be refunded in full.

For group bookings: if one member of a group is medically declined, the other member's deposit is refundable minus a 4% credit card processing fee.

Payment Terms

  • A deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.
  • The remaining balance is due by Day 1 of your retreat.
  • For last-minute bookings, the full balance must be paid before the retreat start date.

Early Departure

No refunds are provided for early departures. Guests who choose to leave before the scheduled end of their retreat are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation.

Insurance Requirement

All guests are required to carry travel and flight insurance for the duration of their trip. This protects you against unforeseen circumstances such as flight cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel delays.
